As a Regional Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring transformation is effectively delivered, adopted and sustained across your region. You will translate global priorities into clear, executable plans. You will lead the rollout in a way that is aligned to regional capacity and take ownership of outcomes, with a focus on adoption and lasting impact.
To support this, you will act as the voice of your region and influence global program decisions while ensuring they are practical and achievable locally. You will bridge the gap between design and execution, build understanding and momentum, embed new ways of working, and respond quickly to risks, trade-offs and regional needs. You will work closely with global program teams, regional People and Culture and People Experience leaders, and business stakeholders to help maintain alignment across plans, dependencies and milestones so regional delivery supports broader objectives.
Salary range for this position: $150,000 – $230,000 / Year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, market data, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and long-term incentive opportunities.
