Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every patient, from initial consultation through treatment completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during patient procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance fittings.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following infection prevention management and aseptic techniques.
- Take digital x-rays, photos, and 3D scans, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Manage patient records using Wave software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, appliance care, and treatment progress to promote optimal outcomes.
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience working in an orthodontic setting is highly desired.
- A well-qualified candidate will be proficient in orthodontic procedures including: tooth preparation, bracket placement, band fitting, impressions, use of an intraoral scanner, intraoral photography, sterilization, and radiography.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
