Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Repair Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment within our manufacturing and operational facilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
Requirements:
- ∙ In-house, field service and repair of all types of cleaning equipment ranging from automatic floor scrubbers, sweepers, buffers and etc.∙
- Conversing with customers both in the field and at our facility.∙
- Trouble shooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems with equipment.∙
- Installation and replacement of equipment in the field.∙
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts on service vehicle∙
- Write and calculate service tickets for customer∙
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and crib supplies∙
- Perform other duties as directed by management.

- Help develop cost savings ideas for the plant∙
- Participate in lean & housekeeping improvements∙
- Must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Qualifications for the position include:
- ∙ At least three (3) to five (5) years experience in the industrial maintenance or equipment repair field.∙
- Strong background in electrical systems including wiring schematics.∙
- Ability to perform engine work is a plus∙
- Great communication skills.∙
- Valid Kentucky driver’s license with a good driving record.∙
- Able to work without direct supervision.∙
- Complete aptitude test.

Required education:
- High school or equivalent∙
- Associate's Degree or related vocational Diploma in electrical/hydraulic mechanics or industrial maintenance∙
- Preferred minimum of 3 to 5 years in repair; preferably in industrial maintenance field∙
- Preferred minimum of 3 to 5 years in electrical/controls installation and maintenance∙
- Preferred minimum of 3 to 5 years of hydraulic systems troubleshooting/maintenance∙
- Prefer Excel experience
Required experience: Service technician/equipment maintenance tech: 3 to 5 years
Required license or certification: Valid KY driver's license
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
