SUMMARY:
AHC Hospitality is hiring a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can own multi-property marketing execution end-to-end, from translating brand goals into high-performing campaigns, to writing the copy that makes them convert. You'll bring both the project management rigor and the creative fluency to run social, digital advertising, and guest communications across a portfolio of hotel and restaurant properties. This is a high-visibility role for a self-starter who wants real ownership over campaign performance and results, not just task completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Services & Strategy (DMSS), this role owns the daily execution and project management of marketing initiatives across an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring every deliverable meets brand standards and drives measurable ROI/KPI results, while monitoring campaign spend against budget to keep initiatives on track. This includes managing workflow for the department using project management software and serving as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep execution seamless.
The Marketing Manager independently manages the execution of creative advertising campaigns across multiple channels including social media management, digital platforms, pre- and post-stay guest communications, e-newsletters, and franchise intranet oversight for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Ruth's Chris Steak House.
This role also supports public relations initiatives in conjunction with the agency of record and takes on additional marketing department responsibilities as business needs evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Detail oriented person who thrives on creative challenges and problem solving
- Comfortable leading creative discussions and presenting to groups
- Experience writing advertising copy for traditional and digital channels
- Articulate and professional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge using Meta
- Strong knowledge in Google – ads, analytics, GTM, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience using data to identify target audience segments and formulating traditional and digital advertising campaigns that successfully connect with those segments
- Ability to interpret financial and performance data (daily reports, budgets, ROI/KPI reports) to inform marketing decisions
- Experience using Content Management Systems, social media monitoring platforms, and ASANA
- Strong knowledge using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a collaborative team player
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry with the spirit to serve and loves food and travel!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
College degreed professional with an emphasis on marketing and advertising. Three or more years of experience as a marketing project manager; and have social media or Google ad management expertise within a B to C service organization, a hospitality company, or creative agency. Candidates must have superior communication and organizational skills, be detail oriented, have creative copywriting expertise, and are positive, self-motivated independent thinkers who are goal-driven and team-oriented.
