Most reception jobs are about answering phones.
This one is about keeping an entire corporate headquarters running.
You'll be one of the most connected people in the organization, working with executives, sales, HR, operations, IT, facilities, customers, vendors, and visitors every single day. If you're someone who naturally brings order to busy environments and enjoys being the person everyone relies on, you'll find a lot to like here.
This is a highly visible role where your organization, professionalism, and ability to anticipate what's needed make a difference across the entire business.
Here's where you'll make an impact.
- Welcome customers, vendors, candidates, and visitors while creating a professional first impression at corporate headquarters.
- Become the communication hub by managing inbound calls, shared email inboxes, and directing inquiries to the right people quickly and accurately.
- Coordinate executive calendars, conference rooms, meetings, and company events so everything runs seamlessly.
- Organize weekly customer machine demonstrations, interviews, onboarding activities, and other high-profile visits.
- Keep information flowing by distributing sales leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting multiple business divisions.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing domestic and international shipments while ensuring documentation stays accurate.
- Manage office supplies, printed sales materials, purchasing requests, and trade show support.
- Maintain administrative procedures, directories, and operational documentation that help the entire organization stay organized and efficient.
What you'll get.
This is much more than a front desk position.
You'll gain exposure to nearly every department within a global manufacturing organization. Instead of supporting one team, you'll become an essential part of how the entire headquarters operates. Every day brings new challenges, different people, and opportunities to learn more about the business.
If you enjoy variety, solving problems before they become problems, and becoming the person everyone trusts to keep things organized, you'll thrive here.
Compensation: $42,000-$52,000, depending on experience.
Who you are.
You're the person people naturally depend on.
You stay calm when priorities shift, enjoy organizing complex schedules and moving pieces, and rarely let details fall through the cracks. You communicate professionally with everyone—from executives to customers to new employees—and you genuinely enjoy helping people find answers.
You don't wait to be told what needs attention. You notice it, organize it, and take care of it.
Experience in a corporate administrative or headquarters environment is important, along with strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Zoom Phone, or similar business systems is helpful but not required.
