Role Description & Daily Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Inspire, you are your own boss with full control over your schedule. You will build your own business with the backing of the #1 training company in the industry.
Your daily activities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Meeting with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals.
- Property Marketing: Showing properties, hosting open houses, and utilizing top-tier KW technology to market listings and manage leads.
- Negotiation & Advisory: Guiding clients through contracts, negotiations, and the entire transaction process.
- Professional Development: Participating in continuing education, mentorship, and training to sharpen your sales skills.
Qualifications
We accept candidates with all levels of experience. If you have a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales, your skills will translate beautifully!
- A valid Real Estate License (OR a willingness to obtain one through our complimentary KSCORE program).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the local Fox Valley area market is helpful, but not required.
