Village Caregiving is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in the Bryan, Ohio area.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting clients with daily routines and activities
- Following each client’s individualized care plan
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Supporting clients with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Communicating client needs or concerns to the appropriate care team
We are seeking individuals who are reliable, compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
Qualifications include:
- Experience providing personal care or working with seniors is preferred
- Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect
