Shift/Schedule: Full-time | 36 Hours per Week | Night Shift | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM | Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
Sign On Bonus: Eligible for a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and clinical judgment

Collaborate with providers, care teams, patients, and families to support positive outcomes

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate team members

Coordinate and delegate care activities based on patient needs and team roles

Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient care within the EMR

Support safe patient handoffs and continuity of care across settings and shifts

Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards

Serve as a resource and supportive team member within the department

Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development

Help maintain a respectful, compassionate, and team-oriented care environment
Qualifications:
Education:

Associate Degree of Nursing
License(s)/Certification(s):

Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established by Iowa Board of Nursing.
