What this role is
You'll learn to work with individuals and families on retirement and protection strategies. I provide the training, mentorship, and a clear development path. This is built for people who want to grow into it, not people looking for a desk to sit at.
This is a performance-based role — no hourly wage, no salary. Your earnings come from the work you produce.
What you'll earn (straight talk)
Team members who worked the business full-time for a full year have typically earned $40,000–$60,000 in their first year. Part-time results are typically lower and vary. Income is not guaranteed, and individual results vary significantly.
Realistically, expect your first 60–90 days to be a ramp-up period as you get licensed, trained, and into a rhythm — meaningful income takes time to build. If you need immediate, guaranteed pay to cover your bills right now, this isn't the right fit, and I'd rather tell you that upfront than waste your time or mine.
Licensing
A state life insurance license is required for this role. Licensing costs are the individual's responsibility, and the license belongs to you — it's yours to keep regardless of where your career goes from here. I provide exam preparation support to help you get there.
