PC Depot: assists with the full lifecycle of IT assets, and ensures that imaging, repair, and deployment processes consistently meet performance, quality, and service-level expectations. This role is accountable for operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across depot operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize daily workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business demand
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including receiving, imaging, deployment, repair, refresh, redeployment, and decommissioning
- Ensure accurate tracking of assets through asset management systems and physical inventory controls
- New hire deployments to remote and on-site locations
- Hardware retrieval for off-boarding process
- Manage secure data handling, and asset disposal
- Ensure imaging, configuration, and deployment processes are followed consistently
- Oversee hardware diagnostics, break/fix repairs, parts replacement, and warranty coordination
- Partner with the engineering or endpoint teams to implement new builds, tools, and configurations
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage inventory levels of devices, peripherals, and spare parts to prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinate with vendors for parts, repairs, and returns
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls
- Act as the primary point of contact for depot operations with IT, Service Desk, Workplace Technology, and business partners
- Provide clear communication on capacity, risks, escalations, and delivery timelines
- Support new initiatives such as device refresh programs, or large-scale deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, depot services, or endpoint support
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging tools, endpoint management, and asset lifecycle processes

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
