Talk to Wes LLC is a growing outpatient psychotherapy practice with locations in Lombard and Des Plaines, Illinois. We are seeking compassionate therapists who speak Polish, Ukrainian, and/or English to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to build a strong caseload with immediate referrals while receiving support from an established and growing practice.

Position Responsibilities
Provide therapy services to:
- Children (ages 3+)
- Adolescents and teens
- Adults
- Families
- Couples (optional)
- Therapy groups (optional)
Presenting concerns may include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- ADHD
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Behavioral challenges
- Trauma
- Family and relationship concerns
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Stress and life transitions

Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related license
- Fluency in English required
- Polish and/or Ukrainian language skills strongly preferred
- Interest in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Daytime, afternoon, evening, and Saturday availability preferred due to strong client demand.
