Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple disciplines, including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Tempworks/Beyond to streamline candidate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and labor laws.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead sourcing efforts through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS platforms.
- Stay informed about employment law regulations related to hiring practices and employee relations to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs.
- Maintain talent pipelines for succession planning and lead generation initiatives to support future organizational growth.
- Manage employer branding efforts across social media channels to enhance visibility and attract diverse candidate pools.
Experience
- Proven track record of 5+ years in recruiting roles with a focus on Industrial/ technical recruiting, executive search, or campus recruitment.
- Extensive experience with ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations applicable to various jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability in talent management strategies including succession planning and employee evaluation processes.
- Experience in sourcing through social media management tools and cold calling techniques.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Salesforce or ADP for lead generation and relationship management.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
