Overview
Join NEX Construction LLC team as an entry or mid level Construction Project Manager. You will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of residential and some commercial construction projects. This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to oversee all facets of project management, from initial estimates to final inspections. You will coordinate sub contractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects meet quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
- Utilize construction management software to manage projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts.
- Monitor construction site activities daily to maintain safety standards and quality control measures.
- Manage project documentation including change orders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Facilitate effective project coordination by scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Experience in construction trades
- Some experience in construction management
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with attention to detail.
- Understanding of contracts, change order processes, and legal aspects of construction projects.
- Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
