A Tax Manager with 5–7 years of public accounting experience, a valid CPA license, and hands-on expertise preparing and reviewing Form 1040 (Individual), Form 1041 (Trusts & Estates), and Form 1120 (Corporations) is highly desirable. Experience with partnerships and pass-through entities (Forms 1065 and 1120S) is strongly preferred. Candidates with prior experience serving automotive dealerships, dealership accounting, or other closely held businesses are a significant plus.
Key Requirements:
- Active CPA certification required.
- 5–7 years of tax experience in public accounting.
- Strong experience with:
- Form 1040 – Individual tax returns
- Form 1041 – Trust and estate tax returns
- Form 1120 – C-Corporation tax returns
- Experience with 1065 and 1120S (pass-through entities) preferred.
- Dealership tax experience (automotive, equipment, or related industries) strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing tax engagements.
- Ability to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Experience mentoring staff and managing client relationships.
Pay: $105,239.34 - $126,739.86 per year
