Job Title: Prep Cook (AM Shift)

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (morning shifts)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our morning prep team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for learning. This role is essential in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring a smooth and successful service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily prep tasks, including washing, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients.

Assist in preparing sauces, stocks, dressings, and other key components.

Follow standardized recipes and portioning guidelines with accuracy.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep station in compliance with food safety standards.

Support chefs and line cooks by stocking stations and communicating prep needs.

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating product.
Qualifications:

Previous kitchen/prep experience preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.

Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
