We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our technology team. Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.
- Strong Apex development — classes, triggers, batch & async jobs
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through RESTful APIs and other web services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable applications.
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce environments, ensuring high performance, security (RBAC), and compliance with best practices.
- Utilize version control systems such as SVN and GitHub for code management and deployment processes.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Support web development initiatives using JavaScript frameworks like React Express, front-end development techniques, and backend integrations leveraging Node.js or similar technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on Salesforce platform customization and application development.
- Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Java, C#, C++, Python, VBA, and C for diverse engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, AWS cloud services (including Azure), and SQL databases like MySQL or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration principles to connect various enterprise systems effectively.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as React Express and front-end technologies for creating engaging user interfaces.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently.
- Understanding of security protocols including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard sensitive data across platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment involving quantum engineering concepts or complex application architectures.
