Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Liquid Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare, paint, and finish heavy industrial machinery using air-assisted airless spray systems in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate air-assisted airless paint spray equipment to apply high-quality industrial coatings and finishes.

Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot paint systems to ensure proper application and finish quality.

Prepare surfaces and equipment prior to painting.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before and after painting.

Clean, maintain, and store paint equipment according to company procedures and safety standards.

Follow documented paint processes, work instructions, and production schedules.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Safely wear and utilize required respiratory protection equipment during painting operations.

Must pass a medical evaluation for respirator use; respirator use is mandatory when painting.

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed (preferred but not required).

Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when required.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
Previous industrial painting or manufacturing paint experience required.

Experience with air-assisted airless spray systems strongly preferred.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.

Ability to use basic math skills and measuring tools as required.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with attention to detail and quality.
Preferred Skills:

Forklift operation experience.

Overhead crane experience.
-
Experience painting heavy equipment, machinery, or fabricated steel components.

Strong understanding of industrial coating applications and paint system maintenance.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to:

Stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Use hands and arms to handle, reach, lift, and operate equipment.

Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed.

Lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators.

Work in a manufacturing and paint booth environment.
