Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cooking times for multiple orders
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are properly stocked with ingredients and supplies
- Handle food in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food preparation setting is a plus!
- Ability to read and follow order accurately
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
