Member Duties : The team lead serves a minimum of 300 hours, or on average 10-12 hours per week. The term of service is approximately 9 months: September 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027. The team lead will assist program staff in maintaining regular communication with Learning Mentors to ensure the timely submission of timesheets and supporting documents and completion of volunteer engagement plans and data collection instruments. The Team Lead will support Learning Mentors through the signature volunteer event planning and implementation process. The Team Lead will also be available to assist Learning Mentors with finding and documenting off-site volunteer opportunities to ensure the LMs are meeting monthly hour benchmarks.
