Overview
Falcon Bowl is the 5th oldest sanctioned bowling alley in the country and features a 225+ capacity hall that has been recently transformed into one of Milwaukee's top wedding and music venues. Get in on the ground floor to help grow our business and our team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, large events and possess strong skills to work independently at a facility that functions both as a high volume event space and a neighborhood bar. Pay includes a base hourly wage plus tips which are significant especially for large shows and weddings. 15 to 20 hours per week to start, potentially more in the future.
- Bartender Duties
- Serve as part-time bartender for large shows and events mostly on weekends with some weekdays. - Assist with inventory, stocking
- Assist customers with bowling
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for beverages and service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender at a fast-paced, high volume establishment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Projected Total Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
