Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician – Join the Team in the Children’s ER
IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a physician-owned private practice, is recruiting full-time, part-time or PRN Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join the team in the Children’s ER at Tucson Medical Center.
Pediatric Emergency Department:
- Volume: 31,000
- Admission Rate: 1%
- Patients/Hour: 1.5-2 per clinician
- Physician Coverage: 30 hrs daily
- Physician Shifts: 9 hours
- APP Coverage: 12 hrs daily, 18 hours during winter surge
- Pedi ED Beds: 14
- Pedi Hospital Beds: 33
- NICU: 42-bed, Level III
- PICU: 12 beds
- EMR: Epic
Qualifications:
- BC/BE Pediatrician with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship
- BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician with Pediatric Emergency Fellowship or combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Medicine residency
- BC Pediatrician with Pediatric Critical Care fellowship & 10 years hospital ER experience
- BC Pediatrician with 10 years hospital ER experience
- Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA
