Description:
Schedule: Nights: Monday - Thursday. 4 Days a Week. Start at 1:00PM
The Warehouse position will be actively involved with the movement of product from receiving, replenishment, internal/external shipments, transfers, local vendors, and special events on the dayshift along with other minor logistics related to Warehousing/Delivery. The qualified individual will be involved in supporting the nightshift as needed.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products; Familiar with the expectation of proper rotation of all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking, and returns activities;

Learn to utilize the eoStar operating systems and its components;
-
Participate in the removal of shrink wrap from all picking pallets;
-
Maintain credible and equitable standards established by Supervisor;
-
Shared responsibility in the control of damage and minimizing loss;
-
Ensure that rows are stocked at appropriate levels;
-
Participate in practical application of safety and maintenance polices as they apply to company operations; Keep warehouse clean and ensure that all trash is picked up;
-
Move and change product locations as needed;
-
Keep pick areas stocked and with proper signage;
-
Ensure that all equipment is fully charged for the next shift;

Participate with monthly inventories (or as needed); and
-
Is an advocate for a positive workplace environment and is committed to ensuring a complete and thorough job is done.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED preferred;
-
Previous warehouse experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
-
General understanding of warehouse logistics and material handling;
-
Ability to lift/carry/move 35 lbs. (maximum of 160 lbs.);
-
Ability to stand for long periods of time (including bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, etc.);
-
Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, squeeze, blade, and scissor lift;
-
Ability to understand and demonstrate knowledge of warehouse lay-out, product location set-up, and rotation of product;
-
Basic computer skills and ability to utilize warehouse specific tools to track inventory;
-
Familiar with night shift order selecting activities;
-
Understand team dynamics and demonstrate productive communication skills through work history;
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, other governmental agencies, and the general public, as appropriate;

Ability to work on own initiative; Ability to handle wide range of tasks;
