About the Role:
The Dock Worker Trailer Spotter plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of trailers within a manufacturing facility's loading dock area. This position is responsible for guiding and positioning trailers accurately to facilitate timely loading and unloading operations, directly impacting the overall supply chain effectiveness. The role requires close communication with the team to maintain smooth workflow and prevent delays. Minimum Qualifications:

Valid forklift operator certification or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in loading trucks and trailer spotting within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Direct and position incoming and outgoing trailers safely and efficiently at designated dock doors.
