About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and growth-minded Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong interest in men's hormone optimization, metabolic health, preventative medicine, and helping patients achieve measurable improvements in health, performance, and longevity.
This role will have a strong focus on men's hormone optimization while also working within a broader precision performance medicine practice serving high-performing men and women.
The provider will work closely with patients seeking support with:
- Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
- Men's hormone optimization
- Energy, vitality, and recovery
- Weight and metabolic concerns
- Body composition optimization
- Sleep and stress management
- Sexual wellness
- Preventive and longevity-focused care

Qualifications – Required
- Active Florida NP or PA license (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Current DEA license
- Minimum 3 years of NP or PA clinical experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), men's hormone optimization, and metabolic health
- Experience interpreting comprehensive hormone, metabolic, cardiovascular, and wellness laboratory testing
- Experience developing individualized treatment plans for hormone optimization, metabolic health, and preventive care
- Strong patient communication, education, and relationship-building skills
- Strong interest in proactive, personalized, and data-driven healthcare
- Experience utilizing EMR systems and telehealth platforms
Preferred
- Experience with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and men's hormone optimization
- Experience with peptides or emerging longevity-focused treatment strategies
- Functional, integrative, or longevity medicine experience
- Experience with thyroid optimization and metabolic health management
- Experience with GLP-1 therapies and medical weight management
- Experience in concierge, wellness, membership-based, or cash-pay medicine
- Passion for performance optimization, preventive health, and precision medicine
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-performance clinical environment

Work Location
This is a hybrid position for Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Providers work primarily through telehealth while traveling periodically to our Sarasota office for in-person patient visits, team collaboration, and training. All required travel expenses are covered by the practice.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
