Backcountry Upfitters is one of the Inland Northwest's fastest-growing truck accessory and off-road shops. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Bedliner Technician to join our team as we continue to grow.
What You'll Do
- Prep truck beds for spray-on bedliner installation
- Mask, sand, clean, and prepare vehicles to manufacturer specifications
- Apply spray-in bedliner coatings with a consistent, professional finish
- Remove and reinstall trim, tailgates, lights, bed bolts, and other components
- Perform final quality inspections before delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with the team to ensure every customer receives a first-class product
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is reliable and shows up ready to work every day
- Has a positive attitude and works well with others
- Pays attention to the small details
- Has automotive, paint, body shop, detailing, bedliner, or fabrication experience (preferred but not required)
- Has a valid driver's license
