Marsh Wealth is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to helping clients navigate retirement with confidence. We're looking for an experienced Client Service Associate who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys serving clients.
This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone with previous experience supporting financial advisors and onboarding investment accounts through the Charles Schwab platform or a similar custodial platform. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy creating a seamless experience for clients, we'd love to meet you.
Position Overview
As our Senior Client Service Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction. You'll coordinate new client onboarding, process account maintenance requests, and serve as the primary liaison between our clients, advisors, and Charles Schwab's service team.
Our firm has established workflows and procedures through Wealthbox CRM to ensure consistency and accuracy. You'll become an important part of that process while using your experience and judgment to help keep everything moving smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate new client onboarding through the Charles Schwab platform
- Prepare and process new account paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and Schwab service representatives
- Process client account maintenance requests, including:
- Beneficiary updates
- Money movement requests and bank links
- Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
- Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
- Roth conversions
- Follow established Wealthbox workflows for onboarding and ongoing client service
- Maintain complete and accurate client records
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding paperwork, account status, and next steps
- Support advisors and fellow team members to ensure a consistently exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a wealth management or financial advisory firm
- Experience onboarding accounts through the Charles Schwab platform strongly preferred. Experience with other major custodial platforms will also be considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Professional communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Desire to continue learning and growing within the firm

Experience processing or assisting with:
- New account opening
- IRA distributions
- Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
- Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
- Roth conversions
