Companions assist with activities of daily living as well as non-clinical assistance, companionship and support to residents and clients. Experienced caregivers or CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience as a personal care assistant, sitter or personal companion
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and provide proof of state minimum auto insurance
- Comfort level accessing basic computer applications
- CNA Certification a plus
Hours
- May require working long hours or hours outside of the normal work week
- MAY BE DESIGNATED ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, INCLUDING HURRICANES, EVACUATION, FIRE, FLOOD, ETC., AND BE REQUIRED TO REMAIN ON CAMPUS FOR THE DURATION OF THE EMERGENCY
