Overview
We are a well-established financial services firm based in Roseville, MN, supporting commercial clients with account resolution and recovery services for over 30 years.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a portfolio of business accounts and help bring them to resolution through structured communication and negotiation. This is a commercial collections role.
This is a full-time, in-office position with consistent daytime hours and a clear path for growth based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of assigned business accounts from intake through resolution
- Communicate with account holders via phone, email, and other approved channels
- Negotiate payment arrangements and bring accounts to a successful outcome
- Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity within internal systems
- Use tools such as dialer systems, skip-tracing resources, and CRM platforms
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet individual and team goals
- Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback

Compensation & Schedule
- Base pay + bonus and commissions.
- Meeting the minimum monthly goal nets up to $400 in monthly bonus.
- Uncapped, percentage-based commission beyond minimum monthly goal.
- Typical additional earnings: $4,800–$16,000+ annually
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Preferred Background
- 1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or related field
- Experience working toward performance goals or metrics
- Comfortable handling phone-based communication
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Ability to learn systems and adapt to new processes
- Team-oriented with a coachable mindset
Experience with commercial account resolution or regulatory guidelines is a plus; training is provided.
