Pest Control Specialist – Experience Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of professional pest control experience preferred.
- Knowledge of identifying and treating common residential and commercial pests, including termites, ants, rodents, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and bed bugs.
- Experience with the safe handling and application of pesticides and other pest management products.
- Valid state pest control applicator license or certification (as required by state law).
- Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
- Ability to inspect properties, identify pest infestations, and recommend effective treatment plans.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
