Northern Hills Federal is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Service Associate. A summary of this position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
The Service Associate is responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashiers’ checks, money orders, and cash advances. Balances each day’s transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Service Associates with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served both in person and on the telephone.
Education/Experience: High School graduate or equivalent. Previous teller, cashier or money handling experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.
