Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Prospect new clients through targeted outreach, leveraging CRM systems such as Salesforce to track leads and opportunities effectively.
- Lead negotiations and close deals by demonstrating value propositions aligned with client needs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate across departments including marketing, sales, and project management to align efforts and maximize business opportunities.
- Manage existing client relationships by providing exceptional communication, understanding their evolving needs, and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Oversee strategic planning initiatives to identify emerging trends, evaluate competitive landscape, and adapt approaches accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding enterprise client bases.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Billingual English/ Chinese or Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook needed
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational goals.
- Excellent communication abilities for engaging clients effectively and leading team efforts.
- Business development experience with a focus on enterprise selling and prospecting techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning.
