Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to nurture and educate our 2.5 to 3-year-old children. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that promotes early childhood learning and growth.
This role is a 3-Day work schedule. Mon-Wed OR Thursday-Sat.
Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum plans.
- Create a clean, safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently.
Skills
- Extensive experience in early childhood education with a focus on preschool settings; familiarity with toddler care is essential.
- Strong knowledge of classroom management, behavior management techniques, and childhood development principles.
- Proven ability to work with children of varying abilities.
- Ability to implement teaching strategies that foster social-emotional growth.
