Quest Services is a not for profit offering residential, medical and vocational supports to individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are excited to add a Direct Support Professional to join our team! As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our Individuals.
Responsibilities:
-Assist individuals with activities of daily living, which includes all personal care (bathing, toileting, incontinence care, oral hygiene, grooming, medication administration, transfers, positioning, ambulation)
-Perform household management duties such as: laundry, housekeeping, cooking, etc.
-Transporting individuals on outings and activities in the community
-Ensure the rights of individuals, especially the right not to be subject to abuse, neglect or exploitation of any kind
-Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality
-Help individuals move toward a life of independence, opportunity, general well being, and contribution in their home, their job and their community.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with I/DD is preferred
- Kansas Driver's License and an acceptable Driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Compassionate attitude

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
