What You’ll Do
- Supportdaily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Provideclinical leadership and supervision
- Coach and mentornursing staff
- Ensurequality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with leadership onperformance improvement initiatives
- Serve as ahands-on, visible leader

- Congestive Heart Failure
- Medical Cardiology / Telemetry
- Emergency Department
Qualifications
- ActiveConnecticut RN License
- BLS required (ACLS/specialty certs as applicable)
- 3+ years acute care RN experience
- PriorCharge Nurse or leadership experience preferred
- BSNrequired
