Artistry Flooring, a leader in premium hardwood flooring solutions, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about home design and eager to help customers, that would include dealers, designers, architects, builders, contractors and homeowners, find the perfect flooring for their projects. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task, provide excellent sales support and customer service. The primary function is to interact with current and potential customers and following up on existing or new orders.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with existing and potential customers via telephone, email or in person.
- Answers high call volume, takes customer phone and web orders, responds to customer
- requests with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Follow up and responds to customers and sales inquiries through orders, quotes,
- product inquiries, pricing and sample requests
- Provides outstanding customer service (phone and online)
- Provides detailed and accurate product information
- Ability to input orders, invoice and process confidential credit card information with
- accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide customers with accurate product pricing and delivery information
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a
- timely manner
- Successfully identify, pursue and acquire new business
- Have a positive attitude about cold calling potential customers
- Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals
- Track KPIs, milestones, and all activity in CRM
Requirements
- $20 hourly rate + commission
- 2+ years sales experience
- Position is in-person and located at our Chatsworth, Georgia office.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with technology
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
