Job Responsibilities:
Advanced Manager in Training will be responsible for:
- Working and thriving in a friendly and competitive team environment, as well as a business professional atmosphere
- Creating leads as well as following up on previous leads via phone, e-mail, walk in
- Marketing community to increase walk in traffic
- Striving to achieve community occupancy as well as providing exemplary customer service to residents and perspective residents.
- Effectively sell community to perspective residents in a professional, persuasive and informative manner
- Ensure market window and tour path are pristine and ready for show
- Assisting Assistant Manager, Leasing Director and/or Resident Manager
- Assisting residents with customer service inquiries and needs
- Engaging current residents and future residents in community activities and events
- Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance
- Make and implement operational decisions which achieve occupancy, revenue and tenant satisfaction objectives
- Serve as the individual responsible when required for carrying out all duties of the Assistant Manager and Resident Manager
- Serve as a role model to peers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum two years in management
- Or Industry related experience: Leasing Manager or Resident (Community) Manager
- Real Estate License preferred
- Communication and reasoning skills
- Successful sales background
- Customer service oriented
- Professional demeanor
