Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For
As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing and finishing operations. This position supports both bindery and wide format production, involving hands-on work with printing, finishing, and post-production equipment. You'll assist with collating, stitching, cutting, coiling, gluing, laminating, mounting, and packing materials, while also operating wide format printing and finishing equipment to produce banners, decals, posters, and signage. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and pride in producing quality work.
From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process

Set up and operate bindery, finishing, and wide format equipment according to job specifications

Stitch, punch, coil, cut, glue, laminate, mount, and grommet materials

Follow job tickets and written instructions to meet customer requirements

Perform routine cleaning, basic preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting

Enter time and material data into production tracking systems

Maintain image quality, color accuracy, and overall production standards

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines

Follow standard work practices and maintain a safe work environment

Quality-minded with strong attention to detail

Ability to read and understand job tickets and production instructions

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Strong attendance, work ethic, and reliability

Willingness to work overtime when needed

Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment

Basic computer skills for data entry and job tracking

Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing for the duration of the shift
Previous experience operating machinery is preferred but not required - training is available for motivated candidates.
