What You’ll Help Keep Running:
- Maintain policies, procedures, employee records, and internal systems with accuracy
- Assist with onboarding and orientation to help new team members start successfully
- Coordinate HR processes including the entire hiring process, benefits support, compliance, and employee communication.
- Support daily office operations to create a professional, organized, and welcoming environment
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between employees, leadership, vendors, and outside partners
- Help organize meetings, company events, internal communication, and team initiatives
- Support administrative staff by providing guidance, consistency, and clear expectations
- Use technology and AI tools to improve organization, communication, and efficiency

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HR Management or related experience
- HR Certifications strongly preferred
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, policies, and employee processes
- Comfort using technology, AI tools, and modern workplace platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest level
