The ideal candidate will be able to lead, plan, organize and oversee all service operations to ensure the delivery of high quality service to our clients. We will expect them to have strong management and organization skills. Some knowledge of the water well industry or the adaptability to learn a new field quickly. The service manager will be an important member of our team and is someone who would like to stay in the industry long term and grow with the company.

- 2+ years in the water well, electrical, or engineering field
- Experience managing team members

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management and direction for existing projects and share new business opportunities with our management team.
- Complete accurate and timely estimates for projects.
- Maintain open and positive communication with employees, customers and vendors.
- Learn the rules and regulations for the water well industry
- Partner with Senior Leadership in the proactive and reactive management of all service personnel including hiring, training, motivation, career development, reviews and safety.
- Represent the company in project meetings with contractors and/or owners.
- Complete projects within budget and established time frames.
- Anticipate material needs and partner with purchasing team to order material and schedule deliveries to jobsite or office in a timely manner.
- Carry out additional job tasks or assignments as needed.
- Oversee the completion of your teams daily jobs to the companies satisfaction and follow up as needed.
- High overall customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely response to customer and employee needs.
- Highly productive, efficient and engaged service team members.
