APARTMENT SITE/LEASING MANAGER
Seeking a Site Manager for a 24-unit elderly/disabled apartment complex located in Silver Springs, NY. Position is responsible for site leasing and management according to regulatory requirements. Applicant should be professional, able to work independently, be detail oriented and have a working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook. Prior experience with regulated affordable housing, Fair Housing, ADA, and working with the elderly/disabled a plus. Position is permanent part-time position at 12-15 hours/week.
