Job Summary
The Customer Experience Representative will assist customers via phone and email, answer product and order inquiries, process returns, and support online ordering. This role includes training and exposure to key business areas such as customer service, merchandising, and marketing.
Position responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Process customer service requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Help customers navigate our website & place orders online.
- Submit product quotations.
- Process product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
- Supply Side USA will provide: A detailed training schedule to understand our customers, company, and products.
- Exposure to the functional areas throughout our company, including customer service, account management, product merchandising, marketing, billing, and web marketing.
Qualification Requirements:
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and basic web applications.
- Eager to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Have at least two years answering customer service inquiries and placing orders by phone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions/Environment:
Works primarily in a high-paced office setting where the employee is required to speak, read, hear, sit, stand, and walk. The noise level in the office is low to moderate at times.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
