Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lot Porter to join our dynamic automotive team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movement, lot maintenance, mechanical labor and providing excellent guest services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression for everyone who visits our dealership. Responsibilities
- Safely move and park new and used vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Assist customers by guiding them to the correct department, providing directions, and answering basic questions about the lot or vehicles.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the lot area, and removing debris to maintain a professional appearance.
- Support the delivery process by assisting with vehicle transport between the lot and service areas or other locations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, outside labor, and small engine filter changes is preferred.
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service working on tractors, lawn mowers and cars is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when moving vehicles or equipment.
- Outdoor work experience demonstrating comfort working in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability follow directions.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
