Line Captain – Crown Staffing
Location: Walton, KY
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hr
About the Role:
Crown Staffing is looking for a Line Captain to join our manufacturing team in Walton, KY. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help keep the production line running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
You don’t need to have experience with every process, but warehouse or manufacturing experience is important, and previous exposure to chemicals is a bonus. Leadership experience is preferred, as you’ll be guiding and supporting the team on the floor.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the production line operating efficiently and safely
- Follow all quality standards and cGMP procedures
- Lead, coach, and communicate clearly with line workers
- Perform tasks independently while staying focused on team goals
- Pitch in wherever needed to support production success
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments (chemical experience a plus)
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong team player who can follow instructions and guide others
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic English communication and writing skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and produce high-quality output
- Flexible to work overtime when necessary
