Job Summary
We are hiring to support our Operations Team and are seeking a motivated Data AP/AR Clerk. This role is responsible for assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, data entry, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

The Data AP/AR Clerk will be responsible for inputting and updating data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing information. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Create spreadsheets to track valuable information and sales
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of billing transactions
- Assign purchase orders as needed
- Run project reports and track timelines of projects
- Collaborate with contractors to assign purchase orders and gather documentation
- Maintain databases by entering new and updated account information
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, or re-entering as necessary
- Provide customer service support and assist with processing customer orders
- Organize files and maintain documentation in computerized systems
- Assist with data collection and verification processes
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Receive and enter field service requests
- Create, assign, and update work orders in field service management software
- Track field service order progress and save service reports upon completion
- Reassign or reschedule field service tasks as needed (e.g., delays, emergencies, cancellations)
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across projects
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Comfortable working with numbers and making outbound calls
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- 2+ years of data entry experience required
- Strong time management and ability to adjust priorities as directed
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus (willing to train if not experienced)
- Must be computer proficient in Excel, Word, and document scanning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
