Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure a seamless patient experience. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimize practice efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth practice functioning.
- Oversee financial management tasks such as billing, budgeting, and maintaining fiscal health of the practice.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on medical records management, medical billing, and compliance with HIPAA and other health regulation policies.
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and patients, explaining procedures, financing options, and insurance benefits clearly to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction.
- Utilize Eaglesoft to manage patient records efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead human resources functions including staff training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in dental office operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a dental setting.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, familiarity with patient management software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance
- Experience in dental billing, financial management, budgeting, and coding practices within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to foster team collaboration and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced clinic setting while maintaining attention to detail.
