- Run all aspects of a busy fast food restaurant
- Hire train and recruit staff members
- Meet all guest satisfaction metrics
- Achieve all food safety and food quality to standards
- Run food cost and labor metrics of the restaurant as assigned by DM
- Create a great guest service culture within the restaurant
- Maintain a clean healthy environment to company & government requirements
- Enforce all safety, security procedures at the restaurant level
- Complete all cash handling/banking procedures per RRH policy
Pay Range for this position will be determined based on experience. There is also the potential to earn a monthly bonus for this position.
Previous QSR Experience is a plus but not required. Must have at least one year of prior GM or equivalent restaurant experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
