Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on improving manufacturing performance through statistical analysis, process optimization, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing performance data.
- Identify opportunities for yield improvement and waste reduction.
- Conduct DOE studies and capability assessments.
- Implement SPC methodologies.
- Lead root cause investigations.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
- BS in Engineering.
- Experience with Minitab, SPC, and DOE.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
