Department: Wellness
Reports to: Wellness Manager
Assists customers with wellness product needs and keeps the department clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Help customers locate and choose supplements and personal care items.

Restock shelves and ensure accurate labeling and rotation.

Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Support inventory counts and displays.

Refer complex questions to Wellness Manager.

Interest or background in health and wellness products.

Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.

Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
-
Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
-
Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.
