Requirements of an Automotive Paint Protection Film Installer:
- 3 + Years PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installation experience required
- Custom Fit Cutting/Hand-Cut Installs on Luxury, Exotic, European, and High End/ Performance vehicles experience required
- Ability to Identify/Correct Install Defects required
- Experience Wrapping, Trimming, Stretching, and Finishing Film on Complex Panels/Body Lines preferred
- Paint Correction Prep, Ceramic Coatings, or Window Tinting experience preferred

Responsibilities of Automotive Paint Protection Film Installer
- Installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tint on luxury, exotic, performance, high-end, and everyday vehicles in a high-end automotive detailing shop
- Responsibilities include preparing vehicle surfaces, custom cutting and installing PPF, applying window tint, wrapping edges, and completing clean, high-quality installations without using pre-cut templates
- Additional duties include hand trimming, surface prep, paint correction and ceramic coating prep, aligning film on complex panels, inspecting completed work, and helping meet project timelines and customer expectations
- Work may involve full-body and partial PPF installations, ceramic coating support, gloss enhancement, and custom-fit film work on luxury, European, exotic, and performance vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Tesla, Corvette, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and McLaren
