Richford Elementary School is looking to find the right fit educator for a 2026-2027 0.4 FTE Music Teacher position to engage our PreK-5 learners in music foundations. We are continuing to post for a full time position, but the right fit person may be someone interested in a part-time position, looking to match a teaching career with other life interests and schedules.If you are a creative music educator interested in setting your own schedule and would like some flexibility in your responsibilities, this position may be a good match for you. We are searching for someone to work a 0.4 FTE position (2 days per week). One day would need to be Tuesday; the other day could be self-selected but would remain consistent through the 26-27 school year.
There is also flexibility in the details of this role, as the right fit for this position would be responsible for either 1) general music education classes, or 2) band and small group/ individual lessons for 4th and 5th graders, or some combination of 1 and 2.
